How to Change Your Monthly Auto Order on NuXtrax iHeRQles
Follow these simple steps to update your monthly auto order on the NuXtrax iHeRQles website:
Step 1: Log Into Your Account
Go to the NuXtrax iHeRQles website and click on the "Login" button in the top-right corner.
Enter your email address and password to access your account. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one first.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Account Settings
Once logged in, click on your profile icon or your name at the top right of the page.
From the drop-down menu, select "My Account".
Step 3: Go to Auto Orders Section
In your account dashboard, look for the section labeled "Auto Orders" or "Subscription Orders". Click on it to view your current subscription details.
Step 4: Select the Subscription You Want to Change
You’ll see a list of all your active auto orders. Find the one you want to update and click on the "Edit" button next to it.
Step 5: Make Your Changes
Here, you can make adjustments such as:
Changing the product quantity (e.g., increase or decrease the number of items in your order)
Updating your shipping address
Changing the shipping frequency (e.g., switch from monthly to bi-weekly or quarterly)
Switching to a different product or variation if applicable
Step 6: Review & Save Changes
After making your desired changes, review the updated order details to ensure everything looks correct.
Once you’re satisfied, click the "Save Changes" button to update your auto order.
Step 7: Confirmation
You should receive a confirmation message on the screen and via email that your auto order has been successfully updated.
