How to use iHeRQles Spray

4- MONTH UPGRADE PROTOCOL

4 sprays, 3 x a day you will need a total of 12 bottles

If you choose to use iRevive morning and evening you will need a total of 9 bottles of iHeRQles to complete the 4 month blood upgrade.

(4 sprays 2x a day).

Do not hesitate to lower your sprays if at any time you start to feel unwell. Also, be sure to consume plenty of water.

What to do when symptoms arise

Extra fatigue: Take it easy, try to get to bed a little earlier, hydrate more, consider adding some electrolytes to water.

Loose stools: Increase water intake to help flush toxins out faster
