How to Track Your Orders on NuXtrax iHeRQles

Follow these steps to track your orders:


Step 1: Log Into Your Account
Go to the NuXtrax iHeRQles website and click on the "Login" button in the top-right corner.
Enter your email address and password to access your account. If you don’t have an account yet, create one.


Step 2: Access Your Order History
Once logged in, click on your profile icon or your name in the top-right corner.
From the drop-down menu, select "My Account".


Step 3: Go to "Order History"
In your account dashboard, look for the section labeled "Order History" or "My Orders".
Click on this link to see a list of all your previous orders.


Step 4: Select the Order You Want to Track
From the list of orders, find the one you want to track and click on the "View Details" or "Track Order" button next to it.


Step 5: View Tracking Information
In the order details, look for the tracking number and carrier information (e.g., USPS, FedEx, etc.).
Click on the tracking number to view the real-time status of your order and follow it all the way to delivery.


Step 6: Receive Order Updates
You’ll also receive email notifications that provide updates on your order status, including when it ships and when it's out for delivery.
